The best option for extreme outputs and short runs
- Micro-dosing, from 1 g/s: formed-in-place gaskets and electrical potting.
- Standard outputs, 7 to 200 kg/min, for all kinds of applications.
- High outputs, 300 to 500 kg/min: foam blocks for memory-foam mattresses or rigid foam for orthopedics.
- Low production volumes, when the price difference to a high-pressure machine doesn't pay off.
Cleaner flushing
A low-pressure mixer is flushed after every pour. Besides traditional solvent, there are alternative flushing systems: hot water, or reusable non-chlorinated detergents in a closed loop. We'll advise you on the best one for your product.
