Your machine still has plenty of life in it
Modifying, rebuilding and extending older machines is one of our strengths. We study each machine and give you a quote with the different options and the benefits of each. The most common upgrades:
- New control cabinet with PLC, touchscreen and frequency drives
- Output display and control with flowmeters
- Magnetic couplings to stop material leaks
- Automatic polyol and isocyanate loading (transfer)
- Additional mixing heads (high-pressure machines)
- Color units: switch color from one shot to the next with a selector
