Color dosing modules
We design and build, in our own workshop, modules that meter color straight into the mixing head, for high- and low-pressure machines, new or already installed.
Color on demand
Switch color from one part to the next
Color is metered in the head itself, so there's no need to prepare batches of pre-colored polyol: the color of each pour is selected from the program.
- High and low pressure: modules tailored to each technology and each machine.
- From a few colors up to 12-color installations, to match your production.
- Built in-house: agitated tanks, metering pumps and control cabinet made in our workshop.
- For new and existing machines, Cannon or other manufacturers.
- At high pressure, Cannon FPL heads have an inlet for a third component, usually color.

Study

We specify tanks, pumps, lines and controls to measure.
Build
We build and test the module in our workshop.
Installation
We fit it at your plant, integrate it with the machine and train your team.
